I work as the head cook of a family campground. Our campground includes three meals and two snacks each day in the mess hall. When it comes to the world of restaurant deep frying, there are few names as well known as the Frymaster brand. When it comes to replacing parts on your unit, there are a number of components you don't want to overlook.


The thermostat on your deep fryer is one of the most important components of the entire unit. Your restaurant kitchen likely has a set temperature and length of time by which all deep fried food is prepared.
